I noticed the logo change and that all my usual partners for wellness stopped using the platform. I tried to delete my account and it was one of a few settings links that didn’t work. Ha. Funny I couldn’t give feedback either. Scam. Avoid. Maybe illegal because of inability to delete account.
Why do I need to dismiss multiple ads every time I reserve a class? Bad user experience.
Stopped working a week ago; the recent update did not fix the crash. App doesn’t open so I can’t book classes 😞
I just booked a class. Got 3 pop ups advertising free trials and other unrelated services.
Great app for me personally as I can see all the yoga classes in my area!Makes signing up for classes nice and easy! I love that they ask me for a review after each class! I really appreciate this app! Thanks!
When using the supposedly free app, you’re forced to dismiss advertising even though you indicate you’re not interested in the ads. It happens every time I book a training session. If I could use a different app, I would.
App Functions Well 👍 Great app, terrible rebrand ❤️
Was good until they started adding donation and offer popups after making any reservation
I love using this feature
A kind and friendly place with top flight instruction. The Iyengar way is almost like a clinic. Everything is broken down and throughly explained. You’ll get more head buzz from this style of yoga than almost any other.
Frequently have issues where this app just refuses to open. It launches to the logo screen and then after a long pause, just quits. The only solution is to delete and reinstall it. It also frequently loses the calendar sync settings and starts syncing my classes to the wrong calendar or doesn’t sync at all. (This is not related to having to delete and reinstall the app.) Very frustrating.
Lemon Squeezy
The latest update is chaotic. I can’t find what I want. It’s not well organized. I am not a fan of the calendar as well. Sometimes the entire just won’t work.
I already pay an obnoxious amount for my gym membership, and now there is a $25 drop-in fee to be put on the waitlist. It’s ridiculous to have to reach out to the owner and/or coaches of the gym and have them manually put me on the waitlist to avoid getting hit with a $25 drop-in fee.
Too many ads. I’m paying a lot to go to a gym and they require booking through this app. it has tons of ads that you have to opt out of to book a class.
I used to be able to see virtual classes in the app. Now, I have to go to the studio’s web site to see and register for virtual classes.
Great app. I use it all the time. I wish it would send data to Apple health for the yoga classes I have scheduled.
Unfortunately my gym relies on this app for scheduling. I am constantly having to delete it and reinstall because it crashes just from opening. Other days I get it to open and the classes for a particular day won’t load. Terrible.
Stop trying to sell me other exercise opportunities. I’m not paying you for anything.
I like being able to see what Pilates classes are available and book them easily. I get reminders about an upcoming class which is helpful. It helps me keep track of how many classes are available so I can plan ahead.
So easy to search/book/and make payment! Great app and have great deal!
Very convenient app for finding nearby workouts but the app is not reliable. Unfortunately some of my favorite studios use this system. The app can glitch and become unusable when you need to make a cancellation and make you miss the deadline and lose those credits. I highly recommend making changes to your schedule as soon as you can to avoid such losses.
So glad I started attending these cycling classes. Great workout and I am getting in shape before the summer. Lots of fun!
They get five stars they are awesome
This app has multiple issues. Almost daily ads pop up, the app does strange things and is not reliable. It crashes regularly and is full of bugs and not user friendly. I’ve seriously considered developing a competing app (technology has been my career). I’m sorry to say I don’t think it would take much to compete with MindBody.
I use this app to sign up for a classes at my gym. I find it annoying that I am prompted with promotional deals whenever I book my classes.
I don’t want to get marketing offers from other gyms that aren’t even in my area (I don’t want to see marketing at all). What I want is just an app so I can sign in to my own gym. That’s like 2% of what this app does. I find the UX chaotic & full of unnecessary & unwanted stuff. I only use it at all because my gum requires sign in from the app (2 stars because it does that well enough)
With every update, I have to reenter name, password and billing information. Recent update is the worst; app asks for charitable donations every time I use it. App also refuses to acknowledge existence of family memberships; everything is solo only.
This has been so welcome. I’m able to find classes quickly and if one is full I can check other studios. The price/class is also very reasonable
Advertises random junk even if internal notification settings are disabled
Hi MINDBODY! Could you add a feature that lets people know their number on a waitlist for a highly-sought class that’s fully booked ?
I definitely love the older version of this app before the color change. I don’t enjoy having to decline subscription offers after signing up for a class. No I don’t want meal prep services, I just want to workout
I’ve been taking classes at Movewell for over 3 years now. The staff is very knowledgeable and knows how to modify moves for my injured shoulder. I highly recommend Tamera’s Pilates fusion class on the reformer. She’s the best!
The performance is good, ads after you book a class is annoying
keeps crashing so annoying
The app is intuitive & very easy to use. My only complaint is with the linked calendar function. It periodically loses connectivity, which I only become aware of because I don’t see a class I know I booked on my iPhone’s calendar. There doesn’t seem to be a way to report technical issues except through reviews - hopefully someone sees this.
This yoga studio is awesome. The minute I walked in I could feel the passion that every student and teacher has. Gina and her entire staff always give 100% and I am so lucky to have found this wonderful space where I can go and practice every day and come away with a sense of calm and well being. Love it. Hate that after I schedule my class, a bunch of advertisements pop up and make me opt out of them before I can move on.
Contrary to your business belief, ads DO NOT enhance my experience. Showing ads literally every time I book a class is utterly ridiculous. I loved this app before. Now I am going to lobby the owner of the studio to find another way to book classes. It’s 2025. You know everyone hates ads. Do better, MINDBODY. At a MINIMUM, provide an ad-free option for a nominal fee.
The teachers are wonderful! It’s a judgment feee zone where you can go and do your best, keep trying and get better each week. The staff works with you to modify movement and encourages everyone to do what they can. I wish I had more time to go more often it really is a great opportunity to grow and learn something new.
I was a regular at the previous studio, Yoga Source, which offered a disciplined and rigorous practice with excellent instructors and lots of Inengar. When Taou was opening I came to see the studios and meet the new folks, it was creative and vibrant as well as disciplined, but with so many additional experiences and generous Yang practices which are vital to all who feel the stress of our world. I joined immediately and try to take as many classes as I can each week. I love the massage options too. Taou is delightful and continuously engaging with surprises and new perspectives.
I keep deleting and redownloading the app because it quits out after working for a week. Very frustrating
The app was fine before the recent update/color change. Now it’s so glitchy and won’t load and completely shuts down.
the app is fine, but not when it crashes each time you want to go on the app.
This app ran fine for years, whatever update they did ruined it. It constantly freezes and shuts down, I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to login to use it.
The bottom line is every day I go to the facility and I work with people who have knowledge. So many times in the past, I worked out at facilities where the knowledge did not match the facility I need to be in a team training class because I need to be told what to do. I couldn’t be happier.
I try to get there every day! The instructors are great and the women are very supportive of each other.
It was nice to see how many people were booked in the schedule section. Also can we bring back the widget for iPhone???
Every time I open the app I have roughly 15 seconds before I’m asked to rate it, and even though I submitted a rating it still shows up. The real issue is that the rating window doesn’t seem to actually close, and I can’t use the app afterward, whether I submit a rating or close the little box, so I have to use the website to sign up for classes, which defeats the purpose of the app.
